Reservations
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the
cost of your booking is required before we are able to confirm
your reservation. The balance is payable on arrival.
Payments
Payment can be made by Kwacha, US Dollars,
and Visa & MasterCard with an additional bank charge of 5%.
Payment may be made by telegraphic transfer, traveler’s cheques,
US$ cash or credit card.

Check in/out Times
On arrival
We will try to provide clients with their rooms immediately on
their arrival. We cannot; however, guarantee rooms will be
available until 12 noon.
On departure
Rooms should be vacated by 10 am on the morning of
departure, but we will provide late checkout facilities if at
all possible.
